This Lutterworth en suite had never had a radiator and relied on an electric fan heater plugged into an extension lead. The customer wanted a permanent source of warmth connected to the central-heating system.
What we found
The room had no fixed heating, leaving the customer dependent on a portable electric appliance and trailing cable. New heating pipework was required, but the installation needed to be completed with as little visible disruption as possible.
What AFS did
AFS carefully routed new heating pipework beneath the bungalow floorboards, fitted a chrome heated towel rail and connected it to the central-heating system. The completed installation provides reliable warmth and a practical place to dry towels without exposed new pipe runs through the room.
